Good Hotel, Good Service, Good price Nice staff Breakfast set is minimal, but made me full

The hotel was perfect, just a little too far from the station

I recommend this place because they have private baths available. It was a real shame that the boiler was broken on the day I stayed, so I couldn't use it. The staff are very kind, so I always stay here.

We liked the hotel. The room was small, but it does have private, free onsen! Which is a big plus! You can have coffee at the bar in the morning. The location is unclear.

I booked four rooms for one person, but at check-in, I was told that only one room was booked for one person. They checked multiple times but couldn't find it, and when I showed them my booking confirmation, it turned out that the phonetic spelling of my name was incorrect in the hotel's records. Furthermore, I was asked to write down the name of the representative occupant for each room, and it took several minutes before I could enter my room. I was told that the men's bath was available anytime, and the women's large public bath was available if it was free, but no matter how many times I went to check, there was a line of people in front of the bath, so I ended up using the bath in my room. I chose this hotel because it had a large public bath, so it was disappointing. Why do they reserve it for women only? It doesn't make sense. Breakfast was a set menu with no choice, but curry, bread, and rice were all-you-can-eat. There are no shops within walking distance, so I recommend buying food and going to Kara. The room was old, and when I filled the bath with water, there were about two insects floating in it. Also, the air conditioner and refrigerator compressors were constantly noisy, making it feel like I was sleeping next to a construction site, and I woke up many times.

This is my second time using this hotel! The last time I used it, the staff were always smiling and provided excellent service, and the private bath was also very nice, so I felt good and returned! This time, I was tired from traveling and ended up having breakfast just in time, but the staff in charge of breakfast didn't smile at all and seemed cold, so that was disappointing. At breakfast, the bread had been put away, and they wouldn't prepare it for me unless I asked them to bring it to me. They asked me how many pieces I wanted, left only the number I answered and put the rest away, so I wish they had left more than I answered. The other front desk staff are always smiling and provide excellent service! The private bath is also very nice, so I'd like to use it again!

The hotel is conveniently located, a 10-minute drive from the supermarket and the famous local attraction: Suzuka Circuit. The hotel offers a breakfast at an additional charge, which is very convenient for starting a new day.

I decided to stay at this hotel because it had a large public bath, but because the women's baths were only available for private use, it was crowded at night and I couldn't use them (probably because I stayed on a weekend), but I was glad I could use them in the morning. I thought the service was good for the price, and the staff were also kind.

The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The private bath was nice, but it was inconvenient that we had to stay in a dark room because we were staying with two people and one of us had to take the key out when we went to the bath. I wish there were two keys. Other than that, the cost performance was good and I was very satisfied.

Convenient location, within 10 minutes to Suzuka. The hotel has a private hot tub, no reservations, no payment, no one can use it. Breakfast is a traditional Japanese set, are very tasty, great.

For our self-driving trip and going to Suzuka Circuit Park, this hotel has a good location and sufficient parking space. There are two convenience stores within walking distance where you can buy late night snacks. There is a men's bath on site. The room is not too big but acceptable. The elevator occasionally smells like smoke, probably left behind by guests. The toiletries area is in the lobby, you can refill it as you like, and there are different styles of shampoos for you to choose from. The service was excellent.

For the price, we were very satisfied with the private bath. The hotel also had a microwave and laundry, and although it was a little far away, there was a supermarket, which was nice. We would like to use it again.

I used it for business. The price was reasonable and it was a perfect hotel for a business stay.
