"The staff were very polite and left a good impression.
However, the windows in my room didn't seal properly, so a lot of outside noise came in and I had trouble sleeping at night.
Although the service was good, I think I could have a more comfortable stay if the facilities were better maintained."
"The room has large windows, so it feels bright and spacious. The parking lot is also large and easy to park in. There are two elevators, so there is no stress of having to wait. However, the bathroom faucet has two outlets, one for hot water and one for cold water, which was difficult to use."
"Our family of four stayed here.
We had a small child, but thankfully we were able to stay in a twin room, which meant all four of us could sleep in the same bed.
The front desk staff were very helpful.
The room and futons were clean and comfortable.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity."
"This is my second time using this hotel!
The last time I used it, the staff were always smiling and provided excellent service, and the private bath was also very nice, so I felt good and returned!
This time, I was tired from traveling and ended up having breakfast just in time, but the staff in charge of breakfast didn't smile at all and seemed cold, so that was disappointing.
At breakfast, the bread had been put away, and they wouldn't prepare it for me unless I asked them to bring it to me. They asked me how many pieces I wanted, left only the number I answered and put the rest away, so I wish they had left more than I answered.
The other front desk staff are always smiling and provide excellent service!
The private bath is also very nice, so I'd like to use it again!"
"I found this hotel when I was looking for a hotel near Suzuka Circuit.
There are many restaurants nearby, so I think it was great!
However, the closet smelled bad, so I didn't feel like leaving my clothes there. That was disappointing.
I also thought it was a bit strange that breakfast was charged separately."
"I used it on the way back to Suzuka circuit!
It was very close to the car and it was perfect for the family of fatigue !
The slippers were equipped, but the staff said that they could borrow disposable! !!
I will use it again."
"Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the hotel because a typhoon halted Shinkansen service. I contacted the hotel to cancel my reservation, but they informed me I had to go through the booking agent. Despite my attempts, the agent flat-out refused to process any refund, so it ended up being a complete waste of money."
"The room is large, clean and the service is good. However, the hotel does not have an elevator, so it is difficult to get luggage, and it is a bit noisy next to the railway."
"There is a difference in the pictures of Ctrip. The original room booked was too small for a family of three. Later, I paid 3,500 yen to change the Japanese room. The living is comfortable, but the area is really very good compared to other hotel rooms on this self-driving tour in Japan. small. Breakfast is only 500 yen per person, which is booked in advance when you check in. There are Japanese and Western styles, which are very rich"
"It's been a while since I stayed here. It's convenient, right in front of the station. I'm glad there are two types of pillows. I guess it's the same at this time of year, but when the air conditioner is on, it's hot when you put on a duvet, and cold when you don't. It's hot when you turn off the air conditioner. The chair is heavy and the wheels are stiff. The shampoo in the bath has a faint smell, which is good. The bathroom is clean. But the shower curtain does smell, so.... I look forward to using your service again."
