"I booked a King Room, but unfortunately, I got a rather disappointing room. It seems they don't reserve rooms for guests, but rather just assign you to whichever room is available... The living area floor was covered in dust, there was trash from the previous guest in the bathroom, and even a cockroach – it was awful... I've stayed here several times, and there's always dust and hair everywhere. It's understandable if they're short-staffed, but they clearly don't bother with mopping. This time, the lamp was covered in dust. Also, the TV remote was unreliable; I tried turning it around and pressing the buttons, but it wouldn't respond. It would respond with a significant delay, or the volume would suddenly swell, which was quite startling. An error screen appeared, and I couldn't watch TV, so I called to inquire, but they gave me a confused response, so I just gave up and hung up. Incidentally, in a room on the 3rd floor I stayed in before, the signal was so bad that the bathroom TV didn't work at all, and the bathtub light was broken, so please be aware of this if you're considering booking. This time, my room was on the 2nd floor, but the microwave and kettle were inconveniently placed, making it a very bad room overall. They don't offer a discount even if you point out the defects, do they?"

"In order to go to Suzuka Racecourse Park, I specially arranged accommodation here. Just next to Kintetsu Baizi Station, there is a direct bus to the park. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, and there are some restaurants in the street in front of the station. The hotel has a comic reading room and a public bathhouse. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was good."
