Amazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. Firstly the location is second to none! 3 minute walk from the station which was gold after a long day on the train and with heavy bags. The room was fine. Standard Japanese hotel size. Comfy bed. The only complaint I have was breakfast, the breakfast room was much too small to accommodate the number of guests in the hote,people had to wait to get a seat, l and the food was very bland I'm sorry to say. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Happy to recommend if you can get past the breakfast issues.

I had a wonderful experience with the usual dome in quality for breakfast in the facilities, rooms and baths, but I was angry at the front desk. I may have been tired because my eyes were red, but the check-in response was appropriate, and it was like the front desk of an old hotel that fell a few steps from the highest class in a business hotel I have received so far. It was a good response. Maybe Dormy Inn so far happened to be great, but I don't think this hotel is a place to stay because I like it. I feel like I understand why the others were buried but were vacant even in the middle of Golden Week.
