Excellent property with great location, extremely clean and comfortable, super friendly staff. Teo was extraordinary! He was a true example of excellent hospitality. He made our trip more exciting in Malta by guiding and giving us tips about the city and the attractions to cover in 72 hours. He made sure that everything was arranged for us accordingly. I couldn't thank him enough for the excellent level of service he had rendered. We will surely visit H Hotel on our next holiday and expect that will recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

Starting with the information - we stayed at So City as a young couple (who arent particularly into nightclubs/bars) to see Matla for the first time over a week. I have given this a 'benefit-of-the-doubt' rating due to the hotel being incredibly new. We picked So City Hotel because of the value, it was incredibly well priced. I'd imagine this is a strategy due to it being so new but it was certainly well worth the price we paid. On to the hotel as a whole - I feel this is definitely aimed toward capturing people coming to Malta for some night life. Its positioned so that no more than 10 seconds from leaving the lobby, you can be in a bar, and their are some nice bars surrounding. That said, we werent there for that - but this location also meant that finding an evening meal, or a quick early night drink was incredibly easy. Exploring the island was also very easy from here, Valletta was a very short journey, and as we had opted to rent a car, there was a carpark about 5 minutes walk away (Pengardens) which is reasonably priced for over night parking, and we never struggled for a space. The room was very comfortable, and the mattress was perfect and bedding very soft and comfortable. Our upgraded room was also incredibly spacious. The theming is a nice touch and makes the room a bit more characterful and individual. Staying on the 7th floor, there was minimal noise at night, altough id be concerned if we needed to keep the window open.... The black out curtains were also amazing for keep the room dark for a little bit of extra sleep. Constructive criticism for the room would be: The shower tempurture is difficult - the hottest setting is insanely hot (my other half loves hot showers but this was too much for her also) and it wouldnt go cold, just cooler, it also seemed to get colder through out the shower and you found yourself adjusting. There is not a lot of storage at all for longer stays. This is perhaps a by product of it feeling aimed towards 'nightlifers' who might stop 3 nights or so. I would perhaps ask reception for additional hangers if you have plenty of clothes for a longer stay. The mini fridge, altough useful, is not big enough to put larger water bottles in, which can be annoying. The aircon unit is situated in a place which means it blows directly at the bed. I tried to play with the control but there was no way to adjust it that I could find. Im trying to cool the room, not refridgerate myself. The timer on the aircon also didnt seem to work, so setting it the blow for 30 mins whilst i went to sleep just didnt seem to work. The TV is not a full smartTV which is a shame. Just channels and an internet browser, which are never nice to navigate around.... On to other notes: Breakfast is just what you need. Its not an all out buffett where there is everything you could dream of, but there is more than enough and a few items cycle so you can expect a slightly different breakfast each morning. We booked a birthday vacation at the AC hotel St Julian's Marriott. It is an easy 15 minute drive from the airport, has free parking for guests and a nicely stocked breakfast. The rooms are very large with small balconies that face into town. If you crank your neck you can see the ocean from your balcony but in no way is it an ocean view. The balcony is narrow, with just enough room for a small table and two chairs but is perfect for two people to have morning coffee. The room has a water kettle and Nespresso machine with all the necessary pods, tea bags, and sugar for your morning or evening coffee fix. The bed is comfortable with a large smart TV that allows for screen casting to stream from your smartphone. It also has a wide variety of cable channels in various languages. The breakfast is nice, with both hot and cold items available. The hot items could have been a bit warmer, as the trays cool down quickly but overall we enjoyed the breakfast. It is a newer hotel and staff are lovely and very accommodating. The bar offers happy hour and is limited on liquor available. The bartenders don't seem to be as experienced as one would expect. We ordered mimosas to compliment our breakfast and each day received a ”version” of a mimosa that was different than the previous day. It was funny to us and just added to the day but for others might be annoying to not get what was ordered. The rooftop pool was nice, temperature was warm but not hot. The décor could use some sprucing as it seems they have furniture that wasn't out because it wasn't ”in season.” If the pool is heated and open year round, then the furniture should remain the same regardless of the season. We wish the rooftop pool remained open later into the evening. Overall it was a pleasant stay, staff are friendly and accommodating and rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is right off the main ***** of St Julian's, so not a lot of noise from crowds, but there is construction all around so there is noise during the work week.

Really lovely hotel. Clean. Great location. Close enough to all the great attractions and shops but far enough from all the noise so you still get a great night's sleep. Fantastic service from everyone at Hyatt from the receptionists (Ben and I didn't get the name of the lady who worked with him but I think it may have been Laura?) to the doorman Hoque. Would highly recommend. PS lovely sunset from the 11th floor where the pool is

Everything was excellent. Fantastic place. Very kind staff and helpful. Food was excellent and plenty of choices. We celebrated our birthdays so the receptionist surprised us with extra upgrades. Special thanks to Henrik and the whole team of Ben's. Highly recommended the place and the atmosphere as well.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Bora Bora Hotel during festival, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff (Gil is welcoming and friendly) went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Not only did they swiftly address an issue I had, but they also graciously upgraded my room! I will surely be back.

I was very happy that they treated me kindly and courteously without showing any dislike at all, even though my understanding of English was not good at all.

This is a hotel with the highest standards. It is kept spotless throughout. The staff are relaxed and friendly. Good food especially at the poolside. Large sea view rooms with comfortable beds. Easy access to bus transport, while the open top buses hop on - hop off tour buses stop outside the hotel. We had a great stay.
