"I came to travel and spent a long time looking for a hotel with a high-end environment and a 2 o'clock check-out time. After careful selection, I chose the International Hotel Building B. Why do I highlight Building B? Because the cost performance is too high. The same service, the same breakfast, a little smaller than Building A, but completely sufficient. I mainly praise their breakfast. Cantonese breakfast is a feature. There is a separate Cantonese restaurant. The price is normal in the evening, and you can eat whatever you want in the morning. It's so happy. There is also a free bathing and swimming center. At this price, it is really touching to have these services! The service is also very good. You can directly scan the code to place an order in the middle of the night, and the robot will bring the drinks to you."

11580156****Since it was the off-season, the hotel upgraded me to an InterContinental. As expected on a weekday, there were very few people. For dinner, I could only eat at the hotel, and the pizza set was quite good. Breakfast was relatively rich, and there seemed to be more staff than guests. They even helped deliver coffee. The coffee in the picture was freshly made by one of the ladies, which was very thoughtful. There's not much to do around the hotel, so after breakfast, I hit the gym and went for a swim. The equipment was very new, and the water temperature was just right. Having fewer people made for a great experience.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay here. We had a 3-bedroom family suite, perfect for a family stay. It was spread over two floors, which was great, featuring 3 bathrooms and a walk-in closet on the second floor. The suite was spacious, with a living room and an open-plan kitchen, plus a fridge and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The facilities were a mix of new and old, but the overall environment was acceptable. However, there was a strong smell of dog urine in the hallway, and even running an air purifier didn't help.
Upon check-in, the hotel offered complimentary hot spring tickets or movie passes. We chose the hot springs, which were quite good, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools. It was relatively peaceful and not crowded.
Breakfast had limited options, but the noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons were delicious. The only downside was that it didn't open until 7:30 AM.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the station, which was quite convenient. However, it doesn't pick up/drop off right at the hotel entrance, but at the town entrance instead.

__WeChat43017****What a complete disappointment! This was our last stop, and we booked the InterContinental Chongli. Having stayed at InterContinental hotels in Sanya and other cities before, this experience at the Chongli branch has truly ruined my impression of the brand. I can overlook a few minor spots in the room, but after checking in and heading out, I returned in the evening to find dirt stains on the bedsheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases. I called room service, and they brought what they claimed were ”new” sets of bedsheets and duvet covers, but when we opened them, they were all stained too! Then we discovered that even the mattress pad underneath was dirty. We were so speechless by the last replacement. We didn't want the hassle of changing hotels; we just wanted to get some sleep. But then we found the bathtub was leaking; water started seeping out from under it as soon as we turned on the tap. I'm truly so disappointed with the InterContinental Chongli this time!

MM252586****This is a super value-for-money parent-child ski hotel in Chongli, and the experience was fantastic!
Ski-in/ski-out access is incredibly convenient for adults, and the kids' club serves as a 'recharging station' for parents. While not huge, the play facilities are enough to keep toddlers entertained.
**Family-Friendly Amenities**: They have a comprehensive array of baby supplies. I communicated with staff member Winnie beforehand about a baby crib, playpen, and baby toiletries, and everything was perfectly set up upon our arrival.
**Room Facilities**: The heating was excellent, and a humidifier was provided. The views from both the room and the restaurant are absolutely stunning, offering a true Nordic-style snowy landscape.
Even during peak season, the service remained top-notch. Staff member Winnie proactively followed up on our needs and made adjustments promptly. Her service attitude is highly commendable.
The Little Yellow Duck themed room was incredibly cute, and the overall experience was excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chongli.

11392084****The hotel's location is fantastic – right next to the cable car entrance and with a Lawson convenience store just downstairs. Extremely convenient! I initially had some reservations due to negative reviews I'd seen. However, from the moment we checked in, every single staff member at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and patient, always greeting us with a smile. A special mention goes to Niko at the front desk!!! The hotel was fully booked during our stay. The two rooms we were initially allocated were a bit far apart, and our children kept getting lost running between them. Niko went above and beyond to patiently find us two connecting rooms. We are truly grateful for her help, especially considering the high occupancy rate at the time!

PpocketsunshineWe went in the low season so it’s value for the money. Very quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The outdoor hot spring was way too hot that I could barely put in my foot. And it didn’t show the temperature. So end up we went back indoor for the hot spring. The location is quite far from everything. Bit hard for those who’s travel with public transportation.

CCaomeiYuu入住觀瀾小洱海養心酒店的這幾天，像是把生活按下了慢放鍵，每一刻都浸潤在自然與愜意裏。
酒店選址太妙了，推窗就是官廳水庫小洱海的粼粼波光，清晨被鳥鳴喚醒時，拉開窗簾能看到朝陽把湖面染成金紅色，傍晚坐在露台的沙發上，品一杯香茗，坐看晚霞漫過遠處的蘆葦盪，連風裡都帶着鬆弛的味道。
房間設計得很懂“養心”二字，橙色皮質沙發床，配上藍色珠光沙發，雅綠色窗簾配上藍墨色背景牆，時尚感十足。沒有多餘的裝飾，卻讓人覺得格外踏實。床品是那種親膚的純棉質感，躺上去像陷進雲朵裏，夜裡安靜得衹能聽到窗外偶爾的蟲鳴，好久沒睡過這麼沉的覺了。
最驚喜的是他們的早餐，不是那種流水線式的自助，而是每天現做的本地小食。阿姨蒸的南瓜發糕帶着淡淡的甜香，現磨的豆漿配着剛出爐的葱油餅，還有湖裡新鮮打撈的蝦米煮的粥，簡單卻吃得胃裡暖暖的，像在朋友家做客一樣親切。
酒店裡的小細節也很戳人，大堂角落放着書架和懶人沙發，隨手能拿起一本散文讀一下午；傍晚還會組織客人去湖邊散步，遇到晚霞特別美的時候，管家會悄悄遞上一杯温熱的薑茶，怕湖邊風涼着。
離小洱海的網紅打卡點也近，步行十分鐘就能到彩虹步道，想去拍照片的話，管家還會貼心告知哪個時間段光線最好。玩累了回來，泡個熱水澡，再去露台坐一會兒，看星星慢慢亮起來，感覺所有的煩心事都被這湖光山色悄悄撫平了。
如果想找個地方好好放空自己，這裏真的再合適不過了——沒有喧囂，沒有催促，衹有慢慢流淌的時光和温柔的風景，像個藏在湖邊的祕密花園，讓人來了就不想走。
尤其要提李鳳蓮阿姨，每天總能看到她忙碌的身影，無論何時，總是關切的問我們的吃住情況，耐心講解周邊玩法，像家裡長輩一樣親切，慈祥，那份樸實的熱絡讓人心裏發暖。
還有前台的美女管家，無論有任何需要她都第一時間趕到，還有負責打掃衞生的大姐，每次見到都笑意盈盈，任何需求都第一時間響應。
所有服務人員接觸間都是細水長流的周到。
正是這些具體的温暖，讓這趟慢旅行不止有湖光山色的治癒，更多了份被用心對待的踏實——就像住進了一位熟人家的院子，連離別時都忍不住回頭説句“下次還來～”

GGuest UserI recently visited Huailai and chose this hotel. The experience was truly wonderful! Upon entering, the front desk staff was welcoming and professional. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they provided helpful information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. My impression of the hotel was instantly positive! The room was spacious and bright, with a warm and comfortable decor. The bedding was soft and clean, instantly washing away any travel fatigue. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were high-quality. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, making it a great start to the day. The hotel is also incredibly conveniently located, not far from nearby attractions, and is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and taxis.
The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money was exceptional. I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Llss_522We first visited this hotel in 2021 with our son, who was quite young then. Our main criterion for a hotel was an all-inclusive, one-stop experience – meaning once we were there, all our dining, drinking, and entertainment needs were met!
#Stay Experience
The hotel is located in Huailai, nestled amidst mountains and water, offering fresh air. Its castle-like architecture is incredibly photogenic. It's also conveniently close to numerous attractions, including Yudu Mountain, the Great Wall, Wild Duck Lake, and Longqing Gorge.
The hotel boasts a wealth of family-friendly facilities. There's a small indoor children's playground complete with a ball pit, slides, trampolines, and more. They also have an outdoor children's playground. Activities like the mini-train (60 RMB for two adults and one child) and go-karts (50 RMB for 5 minutes) offer plenty of fun options.
Indoors, there's also a large water park featuring slides of various sizes. They even have a foam party at 4 PM! Please note that two of the larger slides have a height restriction of 1.5 meters. At the water park entrance, you can also rent electric water guns for 1.5 RMB per minute.
This was our second stay here, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded our room this time, and as members, we received two complimentary drink coupons – fantastic!
The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including congee, noodles, wontons, jianbing (which were delicious), roujiamo, duck blood vermicelli soup (also delicious and very generous with ingredients), cold dishes, fruits, bread, and much more. It truly caters to diverse palates.
This hotel is perfectly suited for family trips, offering an absolutely fantastic experience! You can't go wrong bringing your kids here.
The only minor drawback is that the water park and pool relaxation areas have too few lounge chairs and no shelves for belongings, which was a bit inconvenient.
