Booked this for my uncle and aunt, and they were upgraded to a river view room. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, really appreciate it! We'll definitely have family stay here again if we get the chance. Great!

The check-in and checkout process is very quick and simple. I booked through trip.com and the process was seamless. The hotel is centrally located to many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, staff courteous and breakfast delicios. It’s my second time staying there. Highly recommend this hotel.

Loved it very clean and staff is very attentive. Love the 24hr spa in the hotel. Plus there is so much to do and explore around the hotel. Will most definitely keep coming back

Convenient location, great service, nice breakfast, only drawback is smoking allowed in lobby. Even our non smoking room experience the Smoke.

The shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel.

This stay at the Venice Hotel was a revelation. Firstly, the service was warm and attentive; upon check-in, guests were immediately offered snacks, fruit, and yogurt, and the room was adjusted according to individual needs.
