I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in a central area with easy access to accsess, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, with a well-maintained atmosphere that added to the overall comfort of my stay. Whether it was the cozy room or the serene surroundings, everything contributed to a memorable and pleasant visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a prime location, and a comfortable setting.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. It had real butler-style service. The only drawback was that there were a lot of mosquitoes, but there was nothing we could do about it. This is a common problem in Ubud! One of the features! The breakfast is great, the swimming pool is great, and the location is great!

A nightmare hotel. There was no hot shower for two days. Bedding hygiene is terrible. But Ctrip really needs a big show. Full butler tracking service

It's super great. When you arrive at the lobby, the music of special instruments and the specially provided drinks will make you feel like a vacation immediately. This is Bali. The environment is very good, and the standards of star hotels are all met. The only fault that needs to be picked is that there may be ants in the semi-open bathroom and several doors must be locked. Everything else is great. Water is unlimited. The spa in the hotel is also the best I have ever experienced. There is no technology and hard work, just pure and simple massage in place, and the timing is just right. Attitude, the overall hotel service attitude, that is a good one. Also the location is great. Everything

I am satisfied for the price. It was awkward because the bathroom was open, but it was a unique experience :) There was a shuttle to Ubud Market, and I made good use of it.

The hotel environment is really average, and overall it is not particularly good for the level of Tali Island here. It looks clean at first glance, but it may be because many trees form a forest. There are ants near the outside window of the room. When I made an appointment, I saw a balcony in the preview picture. I didn’t know that there was no one because it was in the basement. But I booked this room type because it has a terrace, and I was very disappointed when I went there. The toilet also feels unsafe, because it has no windows, and it is covered by some wooden strips near the outside, but in fact, if people can see the toilet shower seat from a high place outside, it feels very unsafe and As soon as we entered the room, insects were already attached to it. The price of the hotel spa is also relatively expensive, and there are at least two nearby streets. The breakfast buffet is not very clean, there are ants and spiders walking around. In the end, I left at night to find a nearby place to live🙄

Amazing hospitality, stuff is so friendly and kind. Special thanks to cleaning team (Diku and Eka Maesa) for making sure every day everthing is clean and tidy. Food is recommended :) pool area nice and relaxing. Location is perfect for all possible thing you need. Restoraunts, bars, spa, exchange, grocery, and walking distance to monkey forest.

Exceptional service at the restaurant from darma, mika and sophi always willing to help , amazing chef exceptional food every day and night was the best we have tasted we especially loved the fillet Mignon. Will definitely be coming back again

We had an amazing stay. Had come with friends. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. The open shower experience was truly enjoyable. The food was also good and they take care of vegetarian and vegan options. The service from Novi was delightful and she took care of our preferences.

I am writing this on my final day at the Rama Phala. I stayed as a solo female traveller who came for practice at the yoga barn for two weeks. I quickly felt safe and at home, all because of the beautiful wonderful staff at the Rama Phala. My room (225) was perfect and made a lovely retreat every day. It was a pleasure to walk through the grounds to my room at the back of the resort, and to see so many beautiful smiling faces as I walked by. To the cleaning team Nova End Diksa (supervised by Eka Juliana) thank you so much for making my room a beautiful haven and for your care and careful attention. You knew I loved my fresh towels for yoga! To the wonderful staff all across the Rama Phala, including but not limited to Ayu, Anggun, Budiana, Eko, Kadek, Eka Putra, Agung, Pebra, Suarsana and Arya, you are all credit to your hotel and it was a delight to see tou everyday for two weeks. To the staff I have not mentioned, thank you too for your care. Xox Jenny

They were super nice and the facilities are beautiful. We came for our honeymoon and we would come again, they had a very nice welcome detail. The rooms are in perfect condition and water is refilled every day, as well as coffee and tea. The outdoor shower is a great experience. A very familiar treatment and an extremely quiet hotel. Thank you very much!

Beautiful friendly staff. Always treating you with sincere smiles. Perfect place to relax with friends family or solo. I came with a friend and have felt so looked after here. The restaurant and pool are well looked after and catered. With a little patience they make the best cocktails and food. Sofi, one of the staff in the restaurant, felt like an instant friend. Will definitely book here again!

Darmika was wonderful as an ambassador for the hotel greeting us and providing us excellent service for dinner and breakfast. The hotel is full of lush foliage and exotic animal sounds. The room was spacious and well appointed with a lovely full bath. I would stay here again next time.

The staff are fantastic. Darmika from the restaurant is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is perfect as is the menu for dining. The spa is brilliant!!! Dewi and Puspa are worth their weights in gold. Amazing massage therapists and the spa facility is serene. The staff go above and beyond to help out. Thank you!! The gardens are divine, so well maintained. The rooms are large and cool. The location is fantastic and with a courtesy shuttle to the town centre you could t ask for more. Not to mention the awesome staff at recwoption who accommodated our last minute extra night without a room change. Thank you so much Rama Phala team!!
