A 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom house located in Montecito. A Large 4500 sq ft home, the master bedroom has king size bed. 2nd bedroom has full size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed. A large living room area , kitchen and dining room. Beautiful landscaping, a swimming pool and an outdoor sitting area with patio and BBQ. It is just a 10 min drive to Santa Barbara. Perfect for large groups, families and business professionals. The House is approximately 4,500 square feet. Its on two levels. It consists of Three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.The master bedroom is on the first level, with a hand carved bird eye maple fireplace and is approximately 600 square feet. Double (full) beds in 2nd bedroom and the 3rd bedroom with a Jack n Jill style bathroom. A small living room area in front of it are on the first level with a separate entrance if needed.Walk up the stairs to the main living room, of approximately 1,000. square feet with 14-foot ceiling. This room is currently used as an in-home theater and as a usual living room. The large fire place is a feature and unique.*A remote control can control the Projector TV screen, the drapes close and the projector for TV/ movies, .The Family room to the right of the living room looks out to the extensive lawn, garden and swimming pool. Sofa has a pull out Queen bed.Upstairs is 4th bedroom with an extensive view of pool including the ocean. It has queen size bed with full bathroom.**There is also a Studio room with a bathroom and small kitchenette with a separate entrance of its own with a back stairway. (This is not included in the rental, you can add it for additional price.)Perhaps the best part of the property is the landscaping. It has an extensive grass, many distinguished trees, a pond with a fountain, and many areas for entertaining. A pond was built in the middle of the grass area. There is a 40 ft Pool and Jacuzzi , also surrounded by grass . A large Canary island pine tree highlights the edge of the property and is lit at Christmas. Hedges surround the property and its gated entrance.Guest access:Guests will have entire home to themselves and one of the garage stalls for covered parking. *The owner lives in the guest house above parking garage.
