Was a good hotel with good customer service
The heating system was rubbish and to loud kept us up most of the you could not sleep due to the noise

Overall its worth the price. Only one downside, which the bathroom was a bit outdated with poor shower pressure. And we chose this hotel at the first place only because of the air conditioner, and it functioned well. There was a big carpark outside the hotel and staff members were friendly.

The pool was being used for children’s swimming lessons which was disruptive and loud. Other than that, I had an excellent time. Breakfast was very nice, and the room had good facilities.

Great stay very friendly reception staff got a free upgrade . Room clean and comfortable breakfast plentiful and a good selection. Cocktails not so good . Wanted to spend the afternoon chilling in the gardens with a few cocktails not the case such a shame

Lovely welcome from the reception staff. Similarly, the restaurant staff were also very welcoming and friendly. The room was perfectly acceptable and clean with very comfortable beds. What let the place down was the food. We had fish and chips for dinner. Both the fish and chips were straight out of the freezer and oven cooked. The chips were bone dry whilst the fish was tasteless, gloopy and of very poor standard. We each left about half of our meals, gave feedback to the waitress who offered a complimentary pudding as compensation. Fish and chips cost around £19 per person.A complete rip off. Perhaps we had been served food destined for the illegal immigrants that were present in the hotel?
