Great quiet location and easy to find , friendly staff and good size room ( superior ) clean and everything worked too in very good condition - Wouid recommend
restaurant had good service and tasty food dinner and breakfast had good food too
swimming pool indoor with sauna and steam room also was a treat all within easy walk from the room

Really nice hotel. The people working there are superb. I cannot fault anyone that I interacted with. It’s such a shame that this hotel is due to close in February. Definitely visit before it does.

This isn't about the hotel stay or the room; it is about the hotel randomly choosing to attempt to take money from the card I had on file, for reasons I don't know. I paid for my stay up front, yet they have attempted to take different random amounts 3 times over the last 24 hours, shortly after I have left. This is gross abuse of my card data, with no explanation and no authorisation. The hotel are thieves. Only because I keep my card frozen unless I use it, was I able to stop them. They have attempted to take over £400 for no reason. Criminals. You have been warned.

It was nice and had some facilities. I would like to have more varied food.
Some things were missing in the room but once I responded it, it was dealt with on the day.
I would stay again though.

This is the third time we've stayed here. It's such a good value hotel. We do love the bar area here where you also enjoy some lovely food. The dedicated restaurant is good for the fantastic breakfasts. The pool is amazing too. We are sad this place is going.
