This isn't about the hotel stay or the room; it is about the hotel randomly choosing to attempt to take money from the card I had on file, for reasons I don't know. I paid for my stay up front, yet they have attempted to take different random amounts 3 times over the last 24 hours, shortly after I have left. This is gross abuse of my card data, with no explanation and no authorisation. The hotel are thieves. Only because I keep my card frozen unless I use it, was I able to stop them. They have attempted to take over £400 for no reason. Criminals. You have been warned.
