The hotel room and facilities are very dated. Some issue with cleanliness in the bathroom as well (top of the toilet seat is sticky). There are upgrading works in progress with the elevators, causing long wait times in peak hours. The check-in staff did highlight this to us, but the wait times were indeed quite ridiculous with quite a number of unhappy guests. The location is fantastic as it is right next to Circular Quay with easy access to most parts of CBD.

I came here with my parents. The location is suitable for the elderly. It is very convenient to take the ferry. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Grand Theater. It is a bit of a road, but you can either take a taxi or walk to the Grand Theater. The middle section is along the seaside.
