千萬不要住這家！！！千萬不要用trip定！價格比國內攜程貴也就算了，入住之前讓trip去核實房間會不會有看到煙花，結果跟我説酒店説可以看到，結果和朋友一起定的，一大幫子人等了半天，煙花在達令港燃放的，不在這裏，這不是傻了嗎？！去找trip理論，她們説我定的時候也沒確定一定要問我入住期間會不會看到煙花這個事情，那如果我入住期間看不到煙花，我為什麼要問啊？！？？！我閑的嗎？？？？？

酒店位於環形碼頭邊上，出行方便，還可繞着悉尼歌劇院和皇家植物園晨跑。公寓式的房間超級大，有配套的炊具和餐具可用，早餐有多種選擇，美味可口。

酒店服務不錯，地裏位置挺好，下樓就可以看見歌劇院和海港大橋，皇家歌劇院就在旁邊，房間景觀也不錯，床有點軟

房間陽面是公園，背面是海灣碼頭，房卡可以直接出入。
房間比較大，離歌劇院也就是120米，四號碼頭去動物園。

很失望的體驗，房間裏沒有香皂，洗手液和洗髮水都擠不出來，更讓人震驚的是我管前台要點牛奶，前台過了很久才去處理，而且竟然拿着不知什麼時候剩下的一點剩牛奶來到房間，總之體驗算是這個價位裏非常差的了。

通過攜程預訂悉尼碼頭套房大酒店。於當地時間晚上9點到10點入住，進房後我未婚妻身體出現嚴重過敏現象，這是住過那麼多酒店都未發生過的事，全身出現紅斑點與黑斑點，並且發癢難受。連我她的未婚夫都出現紅點。為避免惡化，在11點和酒店前台溝通，12點退出酒店，在當地時間深夜凌晨一兩點，又重新找尋乾淨的酒店。攜程説當晚不能處理，第二天會給我們一個滿意的答覆，結果第二天又各種刁難，説他們酒店非常乾淨。但實際我們用手一抹桌子就是一層灰,找各種藉口就是不肯退錢。既然這樣，我要求攜程按照當地法律法規，酒店方已對人權進行了侵害，除需要退還我全部錢款外，還需起訴酒店，讓酒店方進行賠償，治理費以及精神損失費。我們全程配合陪同參與檢查以及治療！
