We reserved a room for 4 people with an en-suite bathroom, but when checking in, the staff informed us that the OTA had entered the wrong room information. We had to sleep in a room with 1 double & 1 single bed / and all rooms were full. Can't add a room

When we arrived at the hotel, it was not open. There was a sign with contact information written at the pitch-black entrance, and I missed it at first, but by chance, a guest who had arrived earlier told me about it, and I was able to enter the hotel.
