悉尼這家W服務配置真的不配給高分，身為一家五星酒店，早上10點多清潔人員就開始敲門問能不能打掃了雖然我的離店時間是12點。我嚴重合理懷疑這家w酒店管理系統有問題… 前台的培訓不到位，水平參次不齊，除了地理位置在達令港以外，10層11層12層的達令港景觀房下面就是大馬路有噪音，如果要預訂的千萬備註酒店安排高樓層。。

This is a newly opened hotel with new decoration and facilities. The room is large enough. The faucet of the wash basin in the room was broken and there was no water. After reporting the problem, there was only hot water but no cold water. Lover's Harbour is downstairs and Chinatown is a short walk away. There are many restaurants nearby. The outdoor swimming pool has a nice view, but it is too cold to swim.

The overall experience was good as expected.
Ups- location is just awesome as what you paid for. We booked a river view room which is stunning. Requested birthday celebration- hotel did got some little chocolates. The breakfast is on board better than most of other 5* hotels. Services are good as Marriott does.
Downs- the indoor pool is not good maintained - not quite family friendly. Didn’t expect AIR CONDITIONER in that - the heated water not really heated - can be much better.

Incredible! Amazing! We recommend this hotel so highly and were so wonderfully impressed with the sweet and attentive staff. We felt very welcomed and were impressed by the amenities and room. The assistant welcome manager, Nicholas, went above and beyond to share some truly wonderful recommendations for fun places to see and eat and then treated us to some chocolate and Prosecco after our fun day out. We will be back again for sure! Thanks for a lovely stay! :)
