The location is excellent but the room is with only one set of towel for our 4 nights that is not good. We could request daily new towel with additional charges.

great central location when on a budget, garbage shoot smell is quite potent when walking in the corridor nearby.

Short walk to Kings St Wharf where you will find lots of restaurants and ferry service.

The smell in the room which was the cause of the gross carpet was unbearable, the room was clearly dirty and needed a good wipe down,the lift was out of action so carrying bags up 3 flights of stairs was not fun, they don't accommodate for a family of 4, we had to pay for 2 separate rooms and our kids had to sleep 2 doors down from us, we got stung with a $50 parking fee by the time you add all that we could of booked a much nicer hotel- also non refundable as that was our first thought.

The cleaning schedule was hard to understand. We were there for 10 days. Only got fresh towels on day 4. How about day 8?
