布巾に髪の毛がついていたり、タオルが一枚しかなく、ハンドタオルは全くなかった。
夜は道路がうるさかったが交通の便はとても良かった

Can't beat location, located Sydney CBD. Value for money, I would rate it very high. Our apartment was a little tired, but was scheduled to have some renovations done. Convenient kitchen was stocked (Utensils, dishes, etc), apartment spacious. Location super; city very walkable.

Location, Convenience & value!
Napoleon on Kent offers an excellent location with "serviced apartment " amenities giving us the option of a quick breakfast or light lunch/dinner for convenience and time and costs saving. This was the third time we've stayed there and we will return again.

Not the cleanest, but ok. Air con didn't work, toilet seat was loose, towel rail loose. The place is just a bit run down...
Two lots of late check in procedure for before 10pm and after 10pm.
Communications were good, but overall the hotel was average.

The location is excellent but the room is with only one set of towel for our 4 nights that is not good. We could request daily new towel with additional charges.

great central location when on a budget, garbage shoot smell is quite potent when walking in the corridor nearby.
