The stay experience was great. The price was very cost-effective. The hotel rooms were spacious and bright. The location was excellent. The transportation was convenient. It was opposite Hyde Park and St. Mary's Church. There was a commercial street behind the hotel. Compared with the other two hotels, the Sheraton Hotel was the most satisfactory.

This is my second stay. Because I stayed longer this time, I booked an executive sea view room. The room has a great view. You can see the entire Hyde Park and the harbor in the distance. The hotel is not far from anywhere in the city. It is about 900 meters to Chinatown, about ten minutes to Darling Harbor, and about 20 minutes to the Royal Botanic Gardens and the Opera House. The scenery is very beautiful. There are also Sydney Hospital, New South Wales State Library, Sydney Town Hall, Sydney Eye, etc. nearby. It is very convenient to eat, shop, and play by subway and light rail. It is suitable for tourists who are not familiar with Sydney.

We booked a hotel room on Ctrip, which indicated that there was Chinese service, so we were more assured in advance. However, when we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon of the 12th, we were told by the front desk that there was no Chinese service, and the front desk did not actively solve the problem. The receptionist was an Asian female waiter. After giving her the passport, she could not find the reservation information, and finally asked me to check out! I was very surprised and asked her why? She did not answer! She looked careless, and there was a tall male waiter next to her, with a very disdainful attitude, and was still laughing there. Is this the service of a five-star hotel? ? Not actively solving the problem, don’t you know that the guests are tired after flying for 10+ hours✈️ and need to check in as soon as possible? Is this the service level of a five-star hotel in Sydney, Australia? ! ! I want to ask the male waiter-where do you get your sense of superiority? ! You should go out and see the world more! What a ridiculous, disrespectful, unreasonable and bad 👎🏻 waiter! If you need, I have photos of the two of them to upload! After waiting for a long time, a lady (who can speak Chinese, I forgot her name) came and quickly solved the check-in problem. There are also Chinese service staff such as Make who are very good, answer questions patiently and friendly, thank you here. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the geographical environment is good, and it is very convenient to travel!

The location is great as it is in front of the park. However, because it is an old hotel, it is overall worn out and does not have a very comfortable feel. The breakfast buffet also feels a bit cheap.
