Reception was wonderful. Had an incident where family needed some medical attention and they were very quick to provide support. Very thankful for the staff :)

The hotel is in an ideal location, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, toiletries, dishes, cups and chopsticks are relatively complete, and the lighting and air conditioning are suitable. The breakfast is also rich and tasty. You can go again.

The hotel provides a good service at front desk when I checked in before 2pm. Pretty staff upgraded my room to King size bed at the top floor. Room is clean and bed is super nice and comfy. Location is proximity to China town and ICC. Highly recommend to everyone.

The location and service of the hotel are very good. It is not far from the subway. You can already check in at the hotel at noon. The price/performance ratio is very good. I will choose it again next time I go there.
