When I entered the hotel first, I was amazed by the humble and friendly behavior of the staff. They guided us regarding the places we could visit. The room was clean. Within the budget, we got an air-conditioned room with a TV. The breakfast was lovely. However, the phone didn't work, so had to call reception from my personal cell every time. Apparently they don't have a cup of tea, or coffee that we can drink in the room. I would have given it a five star, but at the end, they told us to leave earlier, although we told them the exact time we'd be staying. We had to leave 3 hours early and roam around because they had another reservation. What I was disappointed with, is that we confirmed the exact time till which we'd be staying. Other than the mismanagement, lack of additional services and functional disturbances, it wasn't a bad stay.

Stole my items when i left it there after checkout. Stole my pants and shirt. Also found bed bugs and ants in the bed. Help, police

From London. Stayed with couple friends at 2nd complex. Ontor at reception was very helpful as were all staff. Good location, breakfast included. Lunch and dinner service available. Room service available. Right near the main area including food places like Kazi Asparagas (Food court) and mosque all within 5 min walk. Hot water available in the room. Stayed at room 413 with view of main road. AC, fan and TV included as well as good Wifi signal. Got early morning breakfast in the room before breakfast started as we were leaving early. All round comfortable and relaxing stay. Will come here on my next visit. Thank you team
