The hotel room was adequate,however my reservation inc breakfast,I emailed to confirmation,on arrival they said no I it’s not, but would honour it,until the morning when the other staff member said no. My whole trip is planned around my breakfast as to what time I leave ,I will not be returning on my next visit I will stay elsewhere

The staff are more interested in being on their phones that answering the hotel phone or dealing with issues, My booking included breakfast but they wanted me pay for it , it’s was agreed it’s was included , until breakfast time and a staff swap , same again not , included , if,I want I must pay. My leaving time was planned around breakfast , so no time to argue , a complaint to the agent but response from hotel manager was the same , no refund . First time I’ve encountered this and the la first and last time I will stay here

It is really an excellent hotel. The only issue was that the inside of the shower drain was not cleaned in a while and that caused some water to come out under the shower door.

Hotel en plein centre ville. Chambre spacieuse au 3iem étage. État détérioré des tapisseries et du plafond. Oreiller supplementaire sale. Petit déjeuner minimum et vienoiseries de la veille. Nappe pas changée entre 2 petit-déjeuners. 4 nuits passées et pas une seule fois la chambre ni le lit n'ont été faits malgré le panneau posé sur la poignée de la porte. Hotel dont le personnel n'est visiblement pas géré.

Very good hotel. Clean quiet , very nice people. The only thing I would have changed is the carpet in the room; I do not like carpets in hotel rooms.
