Very clean and nice staff. Nice room for a good price in a good location. The breakfast was one of the better ones I have had at a hotel. The gated parking garage was a plus. The room felt older and had a little wear and tear, but was we did enjoy it. Would stay there again

無語，車停在停車場竟然被砸車窗，停車場還是刷卡進入並且收費的，酒店圖片在評價時已經更換了，原預訂的照片與實際完全不符。酒店針對此事的回覆竟然是與她們無關，本人英文不好希望前台幫忙，她們甚至不願意跟警察去溝通，感覺店員對這種事情已經司空見慣，酒店所在區域是塔科馬非常亂的區域。第二天checkout的時候服務員還是不錯，給了我兩條舊毛巾去清理玻璃碎片，我也看到了她用酒精擦拭房卡，因此我在衹想給一星的服務上加了二個星星⭐️，也想回饋她曾經給予的温暖。酒店二樓停車場兩個電梯間門的門鎖全部損壞，被砸車輛所在樓層可以隨意通過該電梯直達酒店任何樓層而無人看管，巨大安全隱患，意味着壞人可以隨時進入樓梯砸門開鎖，或者你在走廊可以遇上他們，儘快修好吧，希望攜程能督促他們修好，否則看到5.0的評分，還會有客人去，希望客人在異國他鄉安全。酒店停車場是否安裝攝像頭不得而知，但是她們在我遇上這些事情時無任何人詢問我還好嗎？也沒有任何人試圖幫助我，更沒有任何人打電話問問我，如果我想投訴，他們給我一張卡片要我第二天早上打電話找她。嗯，我上次入住後沒有退回按金告訴我五個工作日退回，時間到了我也沒有收到退回我按金的短訊，這次返回入住又遭遇這樣的事情，我的按金不知道什麼時候退回，酒店也估計會扣除我的停車費，本來我還預訂了16-17號，現在我已經把它取消了。慎重選擇吧，塔卡馬本身很亂，這個社區尤其是更亂，酒店位於很高的坡上，遇上下雨會很濕滑旁邊就在修路，晚上開車很是危險，Seattle也經常下雨，一年八個月都在下雨，所以為了安全建議選bellvue附近去住，相對安全

Dont trust ******* with certain amenities. We specifically chose this Hotel because of a pool and continental breakfast. They no longer have a pool. Really put a drag on our plans with our kids. Ive learned I need to call and verify moving forward. Hotel and staff were great otherwise.

10/10 amazing great staff. Jackie and the night front desk staff were top notch with customer service! I am new to the area and had lots of questions and they were very helpful.
The room itself was very clean, bed comfortable, and the room was spacious with nice furniture.

Nice area in Tacoma to walk around especially for seeing the glass bridge and museum, as well as UW.
