"The room's air conditioning was too loud, almost like being on an airplane. There were no slippers, so you can bring your own. The toiletries weren't very complete either, and the facilities were a bit old. It wasn't good value for money."

"The pool was covered and not available when it was in the 80's!  The door had a large gap and you could see outside!  There were several people hanging outside the hotel talking loud until after midnight.  There were also several vehicles revving their motors all during the night.  Won't stay here again!"

"Stayed at Candlewood for the second time, this time not as good as last time. When I checked in at the front desk, I told the front desk that I booked a room for two nights in two. But the front desk still did not have a room card for two days at a time, and the next day, I had to check out and check in again, and I received a deposit of 50$ a day. The deposit of 100$ for two days has not been refunded after three days. Other hotels refunded the deposit at the time of check-out. I don't know when this hotel deposit will be refunded? I have to trouble Trip.com to urge through the partner."
