The amenities aren’t what they used to be. Allot has changed but the staff is amazing.

This is our 3rd time staying there. Its super clean, the beds are so comfortable! The location is great. Close to entertainment, restaurants, bars, breweries. Also great for people with dogs.

Check in was extremely efficient and the team was very helpful. Hotel is unique and very art oriented. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Tacoma area.

We stayed at Hotel Murano for one night when we went to a Michael W Smith concert at the Pantages Theater. We had a wonderful stay. The view from the 24th floor was gorgeous. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable and we both loved the fluffy pillows. We had a delicious breakfast with an excellent waitress. Thank you so much for having us.

I loved the artwork. We had fun going floor to floor to see each display. The rooms were comfy and the beds were delightful.

Went to a show at the Elk Temple, so this hotel was super convenient. Had a nice view of the bay!

Fairly OK stay. Not what I would have thought for a 5 star hotel however. Having no pool/hot tub, big tub in rooms, vending machines, room service, quality elevators, working ice machines, Free or indoor garage parking, restaurant or breakfast with Vegan/Vegetarian options, spa, or other amenities. I was a little disappointed to be Honest. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. If you want a getaway and to feel pampered, secure, entertained, and fed, this isn't that. I will say the art decor is Beautiful and the ambiance overall is really nice. That was a great touch.
