This place stole money let gang.members in the parking lot do whatever they wanted I EVEN GIT CUSSED AT BY SRAFF

Everything went well, just customer service at the night of our arrival. She wasn't very pleasent with the registration process as well as the lady from the breakfast. They need to put a smile in their face and be more courteous with guests.

Very friendly and nice staff! It was set in a bit of an odd are but that being said convent because it was centrally located and near the freeway! Quiet room and everything was pretty clean! We would definitely stay again!

I am satisfied with the price I used it on a business trip Breakfast is just as good I am satisfied For business purposes, I I just slept late at night in the hotel.

This property is unkept and falsely advertised. Outside the property is unsafe and the restaurant/bar are not open as stated. My family and I would never stay here or recommend.

We stayed for just 1 night, but it was only a 9 minute walk to The Valley, where we went for local, live music. And there are a number of places to eat just a short drive away (5 min). Not to mention very close to the Tacoma Dome.

Room was not clean, blood on sheets, shower head didn't work, and biscuits and gravy every day gets old. If someone stays 4 days, the thought would be maybe there would be a different breakfast once. No meat, no scrambled eggs. Worst stay I've had a hotel maybe ever. Paid more to stay there because of breakfast but ended up eating at the hotel instead. We should've just stayed at the hotel.

I like that the event I attended was held in the conference center of the hotel. I like that the hotel is located right off of the interstate. I also like that if you were on a higher floor and facing the city of Tacoma the view was beautiful especially at night with all the lights.

Security was useless my car was vandalized and another car was stolen out of the lot while Security was on duty the food the restaurant was ok at best the lady at the counter was not friendly and didnt care about my car now the one that was stolen

Room temp was cold and could not get it to warm up even after setting the window unit to 90. Wall unit had a note to not touch the temp. Bathroom was dingy and moldy around the edges of the tub. No microwave in the room.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and the chef still does not know the difference between medium rare and well done. Breakfast also disappointing. Desk staff and room great.

Close to the highway and clean. They monitored the parking lot, so cars were safe. It was loud being close to the highway.

I ordered a room with two queens beds and they had none avail. so we recieved a king and i had to sleep on a rollaway. the room was dirty and there were people running up and down the stairwell yelling all night.
