For the convenience of checking in during the concert, it is located next to the Tacoma Dome, very close, and the outside of the hotel is directly opposite the concert entrance gate. However, there were too many tourists in the hotel that day. When I entered the room, I found that it had not been cleaned, and I could not change rooms. I was given a meal bag for breakfast the next day. Apart from the convenient location for participating in the Tacoma Dome event, I would not recommend it at all.

What happened to the breakfast buffet, it’s gone now.
When you go down to the reception desk,
They give you a paper bag with an apple, breakfast bar
And apple juice. The restaurant is closed. :(
My room was clean though, and the hotel was next to
The Tacoma dome where I worked the Rv show.

The only positive about this room/hotel was that the bed was comfortable. When turned on the sink and/or bathtub faucet, the “water” was brown. 🤢 the front desk staff was rude at check in and did NOT mention that there was NO breakfast, although ******* listed it did have breakfast. The room was semi clean but the heat made a weird noise all night. 0 ⭐️. Do not recommend

Walked in past a bunch of people smoking outside the front door. No one at front desk. There was a sign saying they would be back in 15 minutes because they were helping other guests. Stood there for about 20 minutes watching the people smoke waiting to check in. Eventually the people smoking came in, turns out they were the Staff!!!! The place is dirty. It looks like blood on the carpet in the hallway. Broken elevator. Shower head broken, very low toilet. There were a lot of transient people staying in this hotel. There is also a sign at the front desk stating if you complain about anything you will be banned from all Comfort Suites!!!! And the kicker: the manager was dressed like the Devil with a red shirt and red Devil horns on her head??? We took pictures. We stayed here because we were going to a concert next door but it was absolutely not worth it!
I don’t normally do these reviews but it is January and we are still talking about this hotel and how we were treated. Comfort Suites should send in a CEO to stay there. Undercover. Have the full experience and see how your guests are being trained. We took pictures of everything. We won’t be back.

It really needs updating. No longer have the breakfast they used to. Now it’s a brown bag. The lounge is also gone.
