Un endroit assez spécial, qui peut avoir l’air dangereux mais qui ne l’est pas vraiment. Chambre spacieuse et bon matelas. Accueil mitigé, propreté à revoir.

Front desk agents were quick and helpful. I didn't have time to sample breakfast during this trip but every other part of the hotel delivered.

호텔은 제가 평생 다녀본 호텔중 최악이었습니다.
주변시설은 최악이었고 호텔엔 장기투숙 가족들이 많아서 청소상태나 소음이 장난이 아니었습니다.
호텔외곽엔 불량자들도 있었고,
무엇보다 방 청소상태가 엉망이었고 에어컨은 망가졌고 커튼은 빵구나있고 날파리와 벌레들은 왜그리 많은지..
제가 묶었던 방, 옆 방엔 장기투숙 가족이 머무는것 같았는데 밤새 떠들어서 잠을 한숨도 못 잤습니다.
그리고 마지막으로 분명 조식(양식)포함으로 계산했는데 호텔에서 뻔뻔스럽게 제공 안 했단겁니다.
푸드배달이 않 됐다나뭐라나..
이건 트립닷컴에서 손해배상 하셔야할듯요.

Checked in and they told me that they have no queen size left. They said I can upgrade to king but will have to pay the difference. After several discussions, I persuaded them that I booked and paid in advance and should get the upgrade at the same rate. I received no breakfast that was offered as they ran out of everything. They also stated any trash left in room will be charged to me. I have never been treated this way before. Someone needs to really do something about this location

Room was fine. No room service over the 5 days. Breakfast was terrible. Enough for toast and coffee. Saturday meal was brown bagged. I looked into bags to see what we could eat.(major allergies reasons). Staff took exception to seeing what we could eat. Felt uncomfortable and uneasy. Poor staff skills.

The hotel took a $100 cash deposit “for incidentals” which we did receive back upon checkout after our room was checked. I am not sure what they were checking for but I thought this was odd, especially because they had my card on file. It was fine for one night but I probably would not stay there again.
The room itself was in good condition and the beds were comfortable.

I had pre-paid for the room. They demanded $100 cash on arrival as a deposit - would not accept credit card. I wanted to check-out early in the morning on my last day and despite receiving assurances from day staff this would not be a problem I was not able to get my cash back until day staff came - about 30 minutes after I wanted to leave.
Breakfast was not very good.

Besides having an emergency and having to leave it was so bad. The lady at the front desk was amazing but that’s all.
