The ambiance of the deluxe corner room I got somehow reminded me of Manila Hotel's 5-star accommodation. CR is very spacious. The basics are here: mini ref, electronic safe, & even gas masks (a first for me)! But for me, the ability to use the smart tv coupled with a strong WiFi connection is the winner! My daughter was very happy when she found out she can watch her fave kids' shows in Netflix. Slept comfortably in the cost bed. I guess one thing this hotel could improve on is the quality of the food they are serving at breakfast. It was just too...regular. It would be nice if they served something unique from Bohol. But this is just my personal preference. Other than this, Kew Hotel delivers an impressive array of hospitality and service that will surely linger in the minds of its guests even after check out.

Booked this hotel through agoda. And reason why i use these booking platforms is because i can see the pictures of my desired room. Instead of calling them and booking directly to them. When we arrived, though they allowed us to check in at 12nn, they have given us an entirely different room from the one in the picture. I booked a twin room and they’ve given us 1 double bed room. I booked a room with a window and they’ve given us a very dark lit room. When i complained, they allowed us to do a show room of the twin room. But because we’re all tired of the very early morning flight and we’re all hungry (past lunchtime), we rather chose to settle with the 1st one they’ve given us as we’re too tired to transfer all of our things again. The hotel was very near malls, convenient stores and fastfood chains. I had no problems choosing what to eat for my picky eater 5yr old son. It was along the highway, so we can also ride tricycles right in front of our hotel. It was near the St. Joseph the worker Cathedral. We went on a Sunday and my husband’s birthday so we were able to hear mass that day. At first, When i booked them, i messaged the hotel if they can provide a little something for my husband’s birthday like a mini cupcake will do and i will just have to pay for it. But they did not reply to my request. When i got to the hotel i understood why. It’s just not that kind of hotel. For me, this is just a 1-2 stars hotel. It’s a very old hotel. They’re doing renovations though. I had no problems with my airport transfer, as when we landed their van is already there. But we had to pay 600 pesos for the transfer which is i think is way too much. We could have booked a taxi instead and pay lesser. They’re very accommodating too with our seaport transfer which is free. As we have decided to go to cebu after bohol. There’s not enough legroom for the 3 of us, though the bathroom was big. Speaking of the bathroom, their hot and cold shower doesn’t work properly. I would have suggested for them to change it in a normal water heater instead of having a centralized one. You will end up showering with a very cold water.. that will suddenly be a too hot water after a few seconds then it will turn cold again. I had a hard time bathing my son because of this. Their restaurant were under renovations so there’s no good ambiance while having your breakfast. Their free breakfast is just ok. It’s not good.. but it’s not that bad. The staff were nice except for the ones in the reception area. Overall i would rate this hotel a 2 stars only as it wasn’t really the one i’m expecting in the pictures. The pictures were misleading. I could have booked a much better hotel with the same rate.

Just want to say how wonderful the Natura Vista is, staff are professional and well organized and the place has a wonderful relaxed and island type feel - perfect for the location. We booked several rooms, for 4 nights; there were 21 of us, several family groups. The rooms were well appointed, everything worked as described, the personal nice touches, such as treats, folded towels were also sweet. Everyone loved the place and it was so nice next to the beach, plenty to do around the location. Price was fantastic, really was a perfect experience and it complimented to destination so well. Its character really does make this a unique location worthy of a five star rating. Would highly recommend, Thank you everyone at Natura Vista for making this a wonderful visit.

This resort is a huge surprise! The premier rooms are exclusive and private with one pool. The balcony is right on top of the river bay but I didn’t find any mosquitoes! Netflix is also a plus with its big Samsung TV as we watched a new Korean series. It’s also very cool at night. The other thing is there’s a big tree surrounded by a lot of fireflies. We didn’t need to take a boat ride to watch them at all!!! There’s also a jogging path very pristine. We’ll definitely go back. The only downside is the service at the lobby. It seems like a family business so the efficiency was not quite as good as in branded resorts. But anyway we were super happy during the stay.

When you first arrive at the hotel, you notice the beautiful sorroundings, two pools with ocean views, decorated with flowers and plants. Nice decorations and modern looks. They really catfished us with nice pictures of what looked like a dream! However when we opened our room, it was more like a nightmare, 3 beds crammed into a tiny room, dirty bedsheets covered in stains, there was a bug on my moms pillow, and the window with the ocean view that we were promised, had a view of the hotels gym instead. We went to complain to the staff, they wouldn’t know what service was even if it was written on their foreheads. Overall a terrible experience of broken promises, this hotel had potential, but the disappointing service and terrible staff make it a hotel nightmare.

The staff don't seem to have any training or are all in training i.e. trainees. I found it really hard to get anything accomplished asking for ice too for ages then when I did saying a 50 peso bill for ice 🙄 the pool is small but you do get your own beach access and the location is quite as compared to the main part of the town which is too much noise and party. I really liked the rooms and decor it felt modern and clean The breakfast was ok just make sure to ask for what ever you want to be cooked fresh as the food left out is cold and or been left for long time. The gym is good but could do with some more equipment. Local shops are by the entrance for cheaper snacks and drinks

I heard that all Koreans are in Henan, but there are a lot of them here too~~ But still, the overall accommodation felt quiet and relaxed! The staff was really friendly and the facilities were clean and nice! The breakfast is not delicious. There isn't much variety. Just eat bread. Haha. If I come to Bohol again next time, this is an accommodation I want to come back to.

We recently stayed at the Mithi for one week on November and it was a beautiful hotel to stay at, the pool and views are beautiful, we did snorkelling just off the beach the hotel has a boat and they will take you out to the reef which is really good, the rooms are cleaned great, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful they are all great, the food is very nice but you do need to add a few more vegetarian options to the menu, there is not much around so you do need to rent a motor bike or pay for a tuk tuk to see the island, I would definitely recommend staying here, Thankyou for a great holiday! +: very affordable and walking distance to good restos such as Abi's and Jollibee and Old airport food park. Clean and orderly room (family room). Restroom is clean. Easy check in and check out process. Cool airconditioning. Quiet place. No breakfast included, which is ok for us. With cold complimentary bottled water for each guest. No TV inside the room, but it is ok for us because we don't need it. -: restroom faucet and sink leak. No trash bin inside the room except in the restroom.
