We had difficulty to find the location as it was so far from the PIN in the map

The place itself is very dangerous in case that you are new to the place as it is located almost in the last part of a residential area, so it is advisable to be checked-in in daylight. Additionally, there was a used bottle of massage oil in the room, and there were soap scum in the bathroom .

At least signages are available on the street directing to the location since it is not a business area. The room had dead cockroaches, there is no chair available (at least one), ana no tissue in the room (out of stock?).

I stayed here one night. I choose this hotel as this is very close to Venice mall. However, I had to detour all the way to this hotel. And I had to pass through the poor village at night. I don't want to recommend this hotel to travellers. This is just cheap hotel if you just want a budget one.

This hotel location it’s hard to find it, also hard to get grab car or Joyride / Angkas motor rider at there. Location not convenient in village area.

Positives: nice local neighbourhood, pleasant staff, rooftop to rest or dry clothes Negatives: cramped, the room sold as "double room" is not large enough even for one person, one can't even turn around in the bathroom, no window

Its such a good place to rest, accessible and the staffs are good and accommodating..
