Early check in requests are 150 per hour and there is no waiver for it even if you do early check out. Other guests have their access card given to them, others do not, I have no idea why. Nevertheless, you have the receptionist to assist you entering your rooms so no problem. Beside the payment you will do online, the only thing you have to pay at the hotel is the deposit fee of 500 pesos to be returned after you stay.
