Second time stayed in this hotel. As usual, the hotel allow to early check in. Location near heard of city. Stay in 16 floor and this is the outside view.

The staff are friendly. The location is good and convenient. Just at the workstation there, it is a bit dim even i turn on the table lamp. The cushion of chair is flat, hence overall it is uncomfortable if work there more than 30 min. Hope this can be improved as this is important for business trip. The pillow also not comfortable as it is flat and too soft

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunway Hotel Georgetown, and it was a truly exceptional experience. My toilet found cockroach & the bed full of sand.. is really a bad experience & disappointed for staying a 4 star hotel..

The below hotel very clean and easy to get transport just go out you can find many food. This Hotel just renovation 10-minute walk can arrive to town and shopping more.

Sunway Georgetown is located in a very convenient place with nearby amenities. New Lane hawker street is just located a short distance from hotel. Chowrasta Market near the famous Penang chendol is 15 minutes walk from hotel, with lovely breakfast choices. First Avenue & Prangin Mall are also a short walk away with shopping & food choices. Komtar is nearby and one must visit the Top at Komtar where there is an observatory deck & sunwalks. My favourite hotel where I come back to every year!

The most remarkable thing about this hotel is its location. Most of the attractions in the vicinity. Room are clean.

Room is big and clean Location is great, easy access to eateries and groceries shop nearby Staff are friendly and helpful

First time staying in Sunway Hotel Georgetown. Despite being smack in midst of town, the indoor car park was ample (unlike many other hotels that don’t provide private car parks) so this was a welcome facility we like because of our large vehicle. But driving around congested Penang is stressful, so we used Grab e-hailing to move around. Room was large, clean, facilities well placed, AC strong and the hotel staff were very obliging and responsive. Even the car park security guard was very helpful to guide us. Check in was efficient. There are many tourists staying here, but the lobby/main entrance was huge, and everything was well organized, so guests looked happy. Hotel is located in New Lane, which is just next to the Lorong Baru hawker stalls. We were on a foodie trip, so having quick easy access to food early in the morning till late night was so convenient. The famous Charcoal seafood CKT is right here; don’t miss this! There is a convenience store just around the corner so you could buy sundry items if you missed anything. Happy with this hotel and would come back again. We just booked another trip for October and Trip.com gave the lowest rate again. Highly recommended.

Sunway Georgetown is located in the heart of the city and within a 1 min walk to a night market where you can find many local delicacies 😋 Hotel staff were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. They even went the extra mile to prepare something special as it was my parents’ anniversary 🥰 10/10 would recommend this place if you are coming to Georgetown!

The room is clean, with a convenient location (near foodstall and tourist spots. The only bad thing is the noise from the show nearby.

The hotel was easily accessible and the reception counter was understanding to change our rooms to a higher floor to be the same level as our elderly mother staying on level 15. They also gave sufficient car park coupons for the car to exit for the 3 nights we stayed. The amenities were nearby, outside our hotels are street where morning breakfast and evening was dinner at the streets. Opposite the hotel was the biscuit shop.

Triple room super fantastic. Fridge complimentary replenish drink everyday. Also provided 3 pack coffee as welcome gift. My daddy have slight mobility issue and when the security guard saw we came back to the hotel, they took the wheelchair to my daddy immediately. Absolutely 👍services. Same issue for the toilet and basin choke and after call management they fix it expedite and change new bottle trap for the basin. Nearby alot of food, night market only downstairs hotel. Highly recommend
