Awesome location in the central, few minutes walk from sky tower, supermarkets, Viator harbour. Rooms are spacious, clean and helpful reception. Yg was a helpful reception. Safe and clean place. Coffee, hot chocolate and varieties of teas are provided in the room. Good job!! Wish they could provided pair of room slippers.

It could have been a good stay with its superb location, direct access to Queen’s street and good value for money. The hygiene of the room was actually standard, but one day when returning to our room, I found my pajamas that were left on the bed thrown on the floor after the house keeping service. Probably the house keeper is used to doing this when making the bed but this time forgot to put them back. No matter what I felt very uncomfortable with what I’ve seen.

The location of the hotel is accessible to everywhere in CBD, very near to Sky tower. We had a balcony that you can see the tower and it was awesome. The room is big all the amenities is complete and replenish everyday. All in all it was a satisfying stay. I will surely come back and stay again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious and clean. Full kitchen with washer & dryer. The Front office staff was very helpful and friendly. Great service! Location is excellent, right in the center of Queens St. Next to the hotel is a Hong kong restaurant (BBQ king) , the food is excellent!

The room was clean and a decent size for 1 person. The staff were friendly. The location is good - near everything but in a side street so quieter. Uber struggled to get there due to roadworks but picked up on the perpendicular road.

The small suite I booked has a very adequate living room, a kitchen with a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. The bathroom does not have a bathtub and the shower room is a bit small. The hotel service is also quite satisfactory, and you can store your luggage. The hotel is located on a large uphill section to the Sky Tower, and Queen Street is right outside.

The location of the hotel is very good, located on Queen Street, close to restaurants and shops. The room is very clean, the facilities are sufficient, and the staff's service quality is very good. I will stay here again if I come to Auckland again.

This time I stayed in a high-rise building. The room was as clean as ever. The washing machine and dryer seemed to be new. I washed all the clothes from my trip for a few days and dried them quickly. It was really good. You can see the Sky Tower from the living room. There are Chinese supermarkets, Korean restaurants and Hong Kong-style restaurants downstairs. All taste good.

The room is relatively small, the location can see the Sky Tower, and the facilities are average, which cannot be compared with domestic hotels. The location of the hotel is very close to the supermarket and the busiest Queen Street. I arrived late on the day of check-in, but the front desk had already reserved the room, which was very considerate.

Even though my English was not good, they kindly responded to me. The amenities also contain New Zealand-style manuka honey and have a very nice scent.

The room was also spacious and clean. The room had a view of the Sky Tower, so the view was great. It had a balcony, so it was possible to go outside. It also had a shower room and bathtub, and plenty of other amenities. There were so many types of coffee and tea for hot drinks that I had a hard time deciding what to drink. It was only one night, but it was relaxing.
