We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..

It was a really lovely hotel , very accommodating staff , room was good . We had a good experience but our towels had holes in them . We didn’t bother to complain and made do . But this is something that hotel needs to take note of as it really is a wonderful place to stay

Especially there is a large table on the first floor. I like to sit there when I have nothing to do. The shop assistants are very enthusiastic and kind, if you need their help in a busy way, they will be patient and meticulous to help you solve it~ I want to praise the breakfast. The breakfast is very delicious. I really eat it every morning and I will go back to the room. The craftsmanship of the master is superb, especially the stir-fry. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is nutritious enough to eat. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel, and it is also a hotel that I will definitely repurchase hahahaha~ It's really not a trust, but the experience of staying is very good, you must praise it~

This is the first time we have come to Taicang to choose Vienna International Hotel Wanda Store, which gives us a very perfect experience. The location is in the city center, which is more convenient. The overall environment seems to be good. The internal environment of the room is average. The mattresses are covered with hair and the pillows are yellow. The guest room is on the 5th floor, and breakfast is arranged at the restaurant on the ground floor. I asked a polite lady at the front desk where to eat breakfast. I only told the place and didn’t take out the meal voucher. I went to the restaurant and waited for it. The team was told by the restaurant waiter to ask for meal coupons, so they went back to the 5th floor to ask for meal coupons, and then they took it out. Obviously, some customers were in a hurry or were too troublesome to pay for the meal. Also, you have to see clearly that this hair dryer is ”public” and it is not in the guest room. Go to the front desk and ask them if you want it. If you mind, check in carefully. Anyway, I will not stay for the second time.
