The hotel is quite new, the service is also good, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is normal for a five-star hotel. If there are many people on weekends, you need to wait for a table, and some dishes may not be supplemented if you go late, such as tofu pudding. The puff pastry for breakfast is very delicious, the black tea is a bit light, the coffee beans are bitter, and the others are not bad.
It is very convenient to go skiing, and it only takes ten minutes by taxi. There is a heated swimming pool open until ten o'clock in the evening. The children can swim and take a bath after skiing, which is very happy. There is also a mini children's playground, which can be seen that it has been thought of for parent-child customers.
Next to the hotel is Huafa Plaza, which is suitable for foraging at night and is very convenient. Member points upgraded to a lake view room, where you can see Tianjing Lake. It is also very happy to take the baby for a stroll when the weather is good.
The only drawback is that the hotel's air conditioning is too hot. The room temperature is basically above 27℃, and the highest has reached 29℃, and the room air conditioning panel cannot be adjusted, even if the window is always open. However, the temperature in the corridor and lobby is suitable, so I personally think that the hotel's air conditioning system may be defective in design. I complained to the front desk several times, and they said that the central air conditioner cannot be adjusted individually and the room absorbs heat better. I also laughed when they said that other guests did not report that the room was too hot. When I was walking my baby downstairs, I looked back at the hotel facade and saw that many windows of the rooms were open. In the comments on Ctrip, I could see many feedbacks that the room was too hot. I didn't rest well on the first night because it was too hot. In fact, I felt dry and hot, and I felt like I had gone to the Northeast to heat the whole house. I complained again the next day and the hotel gave me an air conditioner fan (which was actually useless and very noisy and had to be turned off when sleeping). I asked for two sheets myself. I turned off the air conditioner and covered myself with sheets at night without a quilt. It was not cold. Apart from this point, everything else was good, especially the room service delivered the sheets and air conditioner fan quickly. Because I said it was hot, they also took the initiative to give a lot of water. Speaking of water, Pullman probably focuses on environmental protection. The water is in Tetra Pak packaging and needs to be poured out to drink. There is no straw. If you mind, you can bring your own disposable paper cup (me) or go to the Huafa Plaza supermarket next door to buy water to drink (teammates).
