The location is in the city center, which is more convenient. The overall environment seems to be good. The internal environment of the room is average. The mattresses are covered with hair and the pillows are yellow. The guest room is on the 5th floor, and breakfast is arranged at the restaurant on the ground floor. I asked a polite lady at the front desk where to eat breakfast. I only told the place and didn’t take out the meal voucher. I went to the restaurant and waited for it. The team was told by the restaurant waiter to ask for meal coupons, so they went back to the 5th floor to ask for meal coupons, and then they took it out. Obviously, some customers were in a hurry or were too troublesome to pay for the meal. Also, you have to see clearly that this hair dryer is ”public” and it is not in the guest room. Go to the front desk and ask them if you want it. If you mind, check in carefully. Anyway, I will not stay for the second time.

The hotel is actually not on Zhenghe Road, it is at No. 898 Shanghai East Road! The facilities are complete and the environment is good. Looking out from the window, a large villa. The room is clean, the service is good, the breakfast is rich in variety, and you can drink afternoon tea and freshly ground coffee or make drinks with your room card. We are driving by ourselves. The annex building next door is the hotel dining. After eating a meal, we don't want to change the hotel. We went to the surrounding Tianfei Palace River Beach Wetland Liuhe Ancient Town and rushed back to eat. The restaurant is clean, the dishes are many, the dishes are good, the quantity is sufficient, the integrity service, the price is clearly marked, the service attitude is good, the price is reasonable, and it is the most satisfying trip to eat and lodging!

It was a really lovely hotel , very accommodating staff , room was good . We had a good experience but our towels had holes in them . We didn’t bother to complain and made do . But this is something that hotel needs to take note of as it really is a wonderful place to stay
