I lived in Vienna Shaxi Ancient Town Store during the Spring Festival. It was really beyond imagination. The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was polite and welcoming. We all came back to stay late for a day. Every time the staff was very patient, because it was near Suzhou Hangzhou. Play, I went back to Shaxi and lived here. I saw a few stores and still felt that their home was the most cost-effective. The two days when it rained and it was cold, the room was very warm, the air conditioning was very powerful, the room was really clean, and the children liked it very much.

It was a really lovely hotel , very accommodating staff , room was good . We had a good experience but our towels had holes in them . We didn’t bother to complain and made do . But this is something that hotel needs to take note of as it really is a wonderful place to stay

We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..

I booked a special king bed room. According to the reviews, there are two room types. I also specifically contacted the hotel to make a note to ask for a cover for the bathtub by the window and children's toiletries.
Finally arrived at the store...I was given the middle room type! There were no toiletries provided for the children. In the end, I had to wait for a long time to change rooms with my 2 and a half year old child and a lot of luggage.
Then I was given room 901... When I opened the door, I felt... This room must have been occupied for a while... There was a smell of dust (people who understand will understand)... Then the bath towels and towels were a bit damp ~ adults can just use it
I can only say that I hope the service can keep up. The price is not too low in Taicang.

I was looking at the map on the way home and passed by Taicang. I decided to go to Taicang for a day and booked a room temporarily. I found that Ctrip was cheaper than the IHG app and the room was really cheap. But a strange thing happened. I booked two rooms and one room was booked. The room was normal, but the two cards in the other room could not open the door. I thought there was something wrong with the way I opened it. I went to the front desk again to get the room card and there was another queue. The experience was still relatively poor. The facilities in the room were complete. , except for the musty smell when opening the cabinet, the hotel has its own underground garage, but the entrance and exit are relatively small, so you have to be careful with large cars when you first come. The location of the hotel is quite good, and it is convenient to visit several attractions.

This Hanting hotel is located on Changsheng South Road, which is relatively cleaner and quieter in Taicang. It is surrounded by residential areas. The overall external environment is pretty good and not messy at all. If there is a single person or a girl, it is recommended to stay and come back later. I won’t be afraid~
The hotel is a new store that has just opened for half a year. The facilities and decorations are very new. The lobby is also very clean and bright. Especially there is a large table on the first floor. I like to sit there when I have nothing to do. The shop assistants are very enthusiastic and kind, if you need their help in a busy way, they will be patient and meticulous to help you solve it~
I want to praise the breakfast. The breakfast is very delicious. I really eat it every morning and I will go back to the room. The craftsmanship of the master is superb, especially the stir-fry. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is nutritious enough to eat.

As soon as I entered the room, I felt it was very spacious. The bedding was so comfortable that I took a comfortable nap immediately. The bathroom was Kohler brand, clean and tidy, and the two doors were full of design. It is recommended that the children's area on the first floor can be expanded. The claw machine was full of bugs and mosquitoes, which was disgusting. It is recommended that the business clean it up quickly. The invincible swimming pool is the hotel's feature. Finally, a floor was changed. It was quite difficult to change rooms with two octogenarians. The air conditioner in the new room was not very good. I wiped the paper towels in the three places in the picture, but no dust was wiped out.
