食物種類比以前少，疫情期間水療池不開放太可惜了。浴室沒有放牙刷牙膏，也不在住房登記時跟客人說一聲。收費五星級櫃台服務4星，有待加強訓練。

Okay for an overnight to climb Snow Mountain. Probably the nicest accommodation in the area but nothing really special

住宿區真的有很多猴子，成群的猴子會上下爬行於外面的窗戶，旅館都有警告標示特別提醒，非常貼心，可千萬不要打開窗戶。
有南谷生態導覽解說，全程兩小時，免費，但是要步行，希望可以多增設導覽的時間和地點，一天只有早上（8:30）跟下午（14:30）2場。

111.04.30入住,櫃台人員(名牌上寫經理),態度有些不耐煩,問她住房須知,他好像不太懂,感覺想快點打發我們離開,~~不悅!! 餐廳的主管面帶笑容,服務的很好,餐飲方面,因疫情關係,有提供精緻的紙盒,可以打包回房間吃,~~很棒!!
