位置適中離公園近，周邊美食餐廳多，早餐種類多，停車方便，不論是市內旅遊或以此為中心向周邊縣市出遊都極為便利，而且房價不貴，設施一應俱全，是一個性價比很讚的旅館，推薦！

房間一般，舊式裝修風格，浴室20年前設備老款，早餐可吃粗飽，沒有亮點，最奇葩是商務套房住了四晚，退房時要求12點退房竟然不行要加錢，11.30退房衹要求多給30分鐘這要求不過分吧！但還被拒，這種沒有人性的迴應，我經常回臺中但不會再選擇這家酒店。
