The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the service staff gave clear instructions, and it had its own parking lot. It was a very comfortable stay. It is highly recommended.

Overall it's clean, but the soundproofing is a bit poor. It takes about 20 minutes to walk back to the homestay from Libao. The road is dark and it's safer for many people to walk together.
