Because the TV remote control in the hotel room disappeared for no reason when I left the room (I was watching the TV and put the remote control on the bed before leaving the room). I was looking for the remote control in my room. The security guard searched under the bed while recording but couldn't find it. I asked the receptionist to adjust the monitor for me. If no one came in or out, why wouldn’t it be seen? Could it be something else I least want to see? Unnatural factors? I talked with them for a long time in the lobby in the early morning of that day. They said that there was no other room for me to change, but it was impossible for me to go back to that room and sleep peacefully without finding the remote control, so I planned to check out directly. room, and then I called trip.com customer service. Customer service Mr. HUGO said he would try his best to help me get a refund for the second night and said he would contact me again the next day to inform me of the result. That day, Mr. Wang, the hotel receptionist, also said that the hotel was willing to refund the second night. But I needed a third party to make the request. After talking with them, I stayed up late that night and drove back to Taipei without sleeping. I didn't stay at all for the rest of the second night. However, trip.com wrote back to me the next day saying that they couldn't refund, so I moved one day in advance. Can't you get a refund even if you haven't checked out? The way trip.com handles this is completely unacceptable to me. This experience is really terrible!

The room was very clean and large. There is a parking space, so it is also convenient to rent a car for traveling. The bed is also super big, and the mattress is king size, with one side being hard and the other side being softer. So my wife and I both slept well.
