飯店櫃台人員服務態度很好；飯店內部整潔，但是房間內設備老舊，尤其是洗手台的水龍頭。早餐的款式與其同等級飯店相比，明顯太少。

三溫暖蒸氣室設備水平很高，符合快速有效排汗。烤箱溫度不夠高，對一般人也許沒有問題，但是，對於長期使用烤箱的人，必須把常溫調整到65～80度，才能滿足消費者的需求。

飯店地址交通方便，附近的公車站可以到很多地方，服務人員友好，酒店內的設施很多，泳池跟三温暖體驗感很好，房間很大，而且很整潔，隔音效果稍微有點不好，但不影響體驗，下次來台中也會再來住。

台中福華大飯店的位置太棒了，距離交流道只需3分鐘，停車位又多，對我們出差的人來說真的很方便，房間乾淨整潔，健身房、游泳池一應俱全，服務人員親切又熱情，價格也不會貴，早餐菜色多樣，而且都蠻好吃的，個人認為CP值超高

福華飯店雖然是老飯店，但品質還是維持不錯，而且響應環保不提供一次性牙刷等產品。
飯店地點不錯，下交流道很快就到了。早餐提供多樣美食，讓住宿人員吃得很舒服，真可惜蔥油餅硬了一點😅不過生巧克力倒是很特別。水果也好吃😋
