早餐豐富選擇性多，餐點尚可，但早餐服務人員冷漠，不會主動服務客人，連簡單問候都不會，真的有待加強 。
櫃檯服務人員和三溫暖服務人員及游泳池服務人員，服務親切，值得嘉獎。

訂酒店的時候找的是兩張大床，為什麼呢？就是因為家庭出行啊！結果呢？入住的時候被告知要多收小孩的住宿費用！ 要不是趕時間我早就退房了！
第二天一早吃早餐（沒帶小孩喔），跟廚師說要一份不熟的荷包蛋，還被告知，要自己拿！這不是廢話嗎？我還能指望送到桌上來嗎？
真的是沒比較沒傷害，隔天入住其他飯店，別說服務了，就連那煎蛋都好吃的太多了

這次是生日來這裏住宿，自助餐壽星有打8折，住宿可以免費使用三溫暖，泳池，房間內還有超大泡湯池。cp質超高，我還會選擇再來的

地點山上 不過打車算是很方便
晚上要帶點食物回酒店 不然只能吃杯面
服務各方面都很有友善

酒店整體唔錯，不過房間有唔少地方都好污糟，經過幾年大家應該對整潔要求高左，仲有地點有D吊腳如果唔係自駕遊去會有唔少唔太方便，不過環境同泳池真係幾正抵消左好多不足，希望下次冷氣可以開大d,唔夠涼訓得唔好
