I booked a room on the 11th floor. When I arrived, the front desk told me that there were no rooms on the 11th floor. They asked us to go up to the 13th floor and take the stairs. My family of four travels a lot, so I feel helpless! The equipment above is simple, and the slippers are too narrow and bad. I can't wear them, so I have no choice but to buy another pair of slippers to wear. I won't stay here again next time!
