Check in takes only 5 minutes and check out much more faster with 10 seconds with a self check out machine that will suck in your room card.
Check in gets faster with your reply to the property telling them what type of room you have booked and what time you'll arrive. With booming businesses and too many bookings, the staff might get entangled in mess, so partially you reply is helping them to get grounded and avoid mistakes.
The property is clean, neat, nice and next to easy transport and family mart and 7e.

Accomodation is very convenient walking distance to Ximending, Ximen Train station and Taipei Main Station. Other guests are very respectful in the room and maintaining cleanliness and noise. Very safe for solo travelers! You can also self check-out. Overall highly recommended. ❤️

Location-wise it’s very convenient since it’s located in the livelier parts of Taipei, easy access to public transport within walking distances.
The building itself is old, hence do expect the air inside to be a little stuffy, and strong mouldy smell in the bathroom and basement.

It's very suitable for coming alone. The location is convenient for everything, close to one place. It's just a short walk to the MRT to connect to other places. Very convenient. Recommended.

I booked a female only and while my friends booked an all gender area. We got booked at the 6th floor and it was a seamless and peaceful stay. We have no issues.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, with private bathrooms, comfortable beds, and good air conditioning. Towels were available for rent, and the location was quite convenient. Unfortunately, there was someone snoring in the room, so I didn’t sleep very well. But overall, it was a good stay and I was satisfied.

Location is excellent wise. Close by airport rail at Taipei Main Station ( 5 mins walk) , several convenient store nearby theh hostel and you are Muslims travelling looking for halal food, fret not as there's two halal chinese restaurant right below the hostel. The common area is fully air conditioned and the amenities are complete (washing machine / dryer/ water machine so you can get hot / cold water)
Will be coming to stay here again next time I'm in Taipei 🫡🫡🫡

Fun inn Taipei Hostel is located between Taipei Main Station and Ximending Business District. It takes about 13 minutes to walk from the hotel to Taipei Main Station, and about 6 minutes to walk to Ximending Business District. Travelers from all over the world can also take the Airport MRT to Taipei Main Station, The hotel is easily accessible from MRT Ximen Station, MRT North Gate Station, Taipei Transfer and other places. There are also electronic personal lockers for storing personal belongings, and there are beds beside the beds so that passengers can have a comfortable space. With an independent tube base, the stepped stairs are reinforced and stable, making getting in and out of bed safer.
