位置好。但雖有24小時服務櫃檯，但夜班的服務人員卻一直說我的預訂好像被他們同事誤登入別人的護照，現在系統上沒辦法幫我辦入住，又說自己是新人，值班主管下班了。花了一陣子才解決。 如果是深夜才能入住的旅客，有可能遇到此問題，最好盡量在主管上班時間check-in

スナックやコーヒー、ミネラルウォーターが無料でとても良かった。工事の音がうるさかったがフロントに伝えるとすぐ上層階に変えてくれた。部屋は快適だったが、若干湿った匂いがして少し気になった。

訂了二晚，房門很卡推開很費力，還無法全開，浴廁是分開的有小冰箱，位置出行用餐非常方便，對續住旅客就不ok了，房務完全不整理，沒有清垃圾、沒有補瓶裝水、沒有更換的大小毛巾，一切全自己動手，回飯店就是想休息了，還要自己丟垃圾、再去備品室取物 倒水，只能說這服務…無言

Location is great. The room is comfortable. Insufficient sign to check in at level 3. The ground floor lobby is undergoing restoration as we were leaving the hotel. The carpet badly need replacing with new ones.
