As soon as you enter the hotel, you will feel at home. 1. Check-in is not like queuing up at the lobby counter in the past. Instead, you are first asked to wait in the lounge, and the service staff will take the initiative to find the customer. 2. It is parent-child friendly and has complete baby supplies, including cribs, bottle sterilizers, and bathtubs. It is also the first time I have encountered a toothbrush and bath set for children. 3. The room also has a white sulfur hot spring pool, and the hair dryer is from Dyson! 4. The public hot spring pool is super~super~like👍🏻👍🏻. There are one hot and cold spring indoors, a steam oven, and two outdoor open-air hot springs. There is snow falling regularly, and there are free snacks and drinks in the lounge. 5. Breakfast is rich in variety and is semi-buffet style. Some meals are available by ordering. It feels like being in Japan here~~I would like to stay here again next time

I really liked the service at the hotel. The staff speak English and are very welcoming. The room is spacious with a private bath with spring water. Nice public thermal area: 2 springs outside, 2 inside, sauna and hammam. We had dinner at the hotel at the Shabu shabu restaurant, we really liked it, everything was delicious. They opened a wine room for us where we could choose wine.

The service attitude is very good, it is as big as five-star level, and it feels like home. The hot spring in the hotel is good, and the food is light, which makes it more comfortable to eat. The location is okay, but the hygiene level is not up to the five-star level. The hotel is relatively old, and there are moldy and black spots in the toilet and bathroom. It is not recommended for people with higher hygiene requirements.
