The service of the hotel was excellent and the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Although the room was small, it was very clean and we could find all the amenities that we needed. We felt comfortable in staying there for 4 days. The hotel location was good and safe. It was close to Taipei Station and you could find different restaurants around the hotel. We definitely shall stay in CityInn again for our next trip of Taipei in the future.

Everything is good. The only drawback is that there is no soundproofing. It's not bad, it's just non-existent. It should be because of the door. There is a big gap below. You can clearly hear what people say and do outside. Especially when someone is using the microwave, the most annoying thing is that it is noisy when the buttons are pressed constantly.

A well-equipped small room. There is self-service laundry on the second floor but I didn't use it. Friendly staff. The location is 5 minutes away from the underground shopping mall exit in front of Taipei Station. There are many restaurants downstairs that are open until late, which is very convenient.
