酒店服務好，環境衛生，亦有不少小朋友嘅玩樂設施，雖然位置不方便，但亦有接駁車到捷運站，需要看清楚開車時間😁都算方便

為父母訂了這個房間，空間大，也很乾淨，父母也很滿意。早上去了游泳池玩了一會，也有小朋友玩具和VR，滿多元化的。

酒店很新很乾凈。室內的私人風呂很大很舒服，整體很好。
唯一美中不足的是一）在沖涼房和私人風呂沒有掛衣服的掛鈎或沒有擺放衣服的地方。二）床和枕頭太淋，很難入睡。

Location was slightly further from the train station but shuttle bus hourly was available. Room was clean and enjoy the private onsen in the room.

好處大家寫了，壞處是房間隔音很差，當天晚上12點聽到半小時持續流水聲，然後發現是樓上房間溫泉放水聲，幸好本人還沒入睡，但翌日早上6時半的時候也有流水聲，本人被弄醒！！！😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

裝修新，非常夠空間感。浴室望山景，房內是真溫泉水。櫃檯工作人員服務態度一流，會主動安排等候接駁車、介紹景點、call Uber。早餐為半自助式，選擇不算太多，但性價比算高～位置於山上，上山時，建議搭接駁車，下山若時間對不上，步行15分鐘內到捷運新北投站，十分方便～

溫泉非常棒，餐飲普通，但床真的太難睡了～我覺得溫泉有四星以上，其他大概三顆星左右，但以北投來說算是比較新的溫泉飯店

VR系列設施有訂開放時間覺得有時如果時間沒搭上就玩不到，如果能像大眾湯那種沒有特定時段會更好利用時間去玩
