I gave the service three points because the luggage and taxi service were not OK. The environment is very good, each room has a balcony, and there is a small pond in front. The bed is a bit hard, not up to five stars.

酒店很新 房間很乾凈很舒服，所在位置離101和饒河夜市比較近。但早餐比較簡單選項很少，早餐不是很滿意，最後兩天我們出去外面吃的。另外 我訂的套房在入住辦理時沒告訴我們其實有兩種房型，結果我們入住了房間之後行李全部拿出來了之後覺得不對勁，電話前台才告訴我們還有另一種房型，結果又收拾搬東西特別麻煩….

They use two cloths and natural cleaning fluid to clean the table twice. The waiter who cleans the table will not serve the main meal or set the tableware. Make sure his hands are clean before serving the main meal. , few five-star hotel waiters can accomplish this kind of detail for a long time. Room cleaning service: This trip was in a hurry. I only used the showerhead to take a shower when I came back. There was no hanging cloth outside the shower room on the first night. After taking a shower that night, I used the disposable towel I brought to pad my feet to prevent slipping. When I came back to the hotel on the second night, I found that there were pads on my feet. The cloth is placed at the door of the shower. It is warm, attentive and smart enough to understand the needs of passengers and make flexible adjustments. It is a great bonus! Maintenance of hotel facilities: When I book a room, I usually pay great attention to the date of establishment and renovation. Very few five-star hotels can be full of it on the first night. Sleeping soundly with a sense of security, every waiter at Eslite Travel definitely contributed and deserves praise. Environment: This hotel is located in the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. Just downstairs is Eslite Life. There are small markets and youth cultural activities on weekends. Travelers who like the cultural and creative industry can definitely stay comfortable and happy in the park all day long. At night, you will never get tired of seeing the reflection of the hotel lake, the street view, 101, and the night view of the Dome! My trip to Taipei these past few days has been very pleasant and comfortable. I would like to give thumbs up to everyone who works at Eslite Travel.
