CP值低，房間設計似極低樓底。
酒店床鋪及毛巾欠乾淨，雙腿多處被蝨咬傷痕癢。
櫃檯服務態度差評。
唯一好處是地點優越。

地點為忠孝站一帶，區位方便適中，鄰近地鐵站，方便舒適，適合行街或家庭客落腳，唯一不便係此為商業大廈內的酒店，只有一個樓層

服務很好，原本進房想說怎麼空調聲音這麼大聲，後來發現不只室內空調，還有冷氣，所以可以把冷氣關掉
廁所的毛巾架在很尷尬的地方，乾濕分離為了拿毛巾還是會讓外面地板濕掉XD

每次到台北幾乎不是住艾爾行旅就是住怡品商旅（同棟14樓）地點忠孝復興捷運站，大廳有提供小零食飲料可免費取用，這次住了三天，附近sogo可以逛，旁邊頂好商圈B1的頂好紫琳非常推薦巨好吃已回訪好幾次！
