Very good location and wide range of choices for breakfast, enjoyed a lot with friends. Definitely will return and stay again

A/C not cold enough
Toilet flush not working
Staff have bad attitude
Room is very small, not worth USD130 per night
Check-in and check-out with computer, absolutely no personal service
Check-out time is 11am while all other hotels' check-out time is 12 noon
Of all the hotels that I have stayed, this is the worst one
I will not come back to this hotel again even you pay me.

Room is too small for 4 person Setting n room is Dim , Quite Dusty. Pungent Smell through 5nights Stay. Not worth money. Location is gd but there are other hotels too. Staffs attentiveness n knowledge is Good

環境位置方便 房間能夠開2個大行李箱 但唯一缺點有些地方沒有清潔 ，放杯的地方很大塵， 需要注意 不能直接使用

Small room but nice. Location is good close to many shops but too many people during breakfast time, elevator is so slow.

Was informed to use the escalator to go to lobby despite carrying 2 luggage and stroller.. Instead of guided to use the elevator. Check in was confusing. The bathroom smell was unbearable and requested to change room on 2nd day despite housekeeping came to clean the bathroom. The 2nd room has cigarette smoke smell and we were just tired and want to continue with our plan so we just ignore it.
